Beginners advice.

All abilities levels are welcome, no experience necessary.

Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class – Ideally yoga is practiced on an empty stomach. If you do need to eat something, then choose food that is light and easily digestible (yoghurt, a slice of toast or a piece of fruit). You’ll soon figure out what works for you and what your body needs.

Hydrate - drink lots of water before coming to class.

Wear light fitting comfortable clothing. Remember the room is HOT!

You need a large bath towel, a yoga mat and a bottle of water to practice. Available to hire/purchase at the studio.

Please let the teacher know if you are pregnant or you have any injuries.

Come with an open mind and an open heart. Be ready to laugh a little, maybe even cry a little, and to sweat a lot!
